We are staying at the Premier Inn, Blossom Street North which is near the station. York City. Other hotels are available nearby. After checking in we will go on a tour of York pubs and eat out.

Friday 24th March day out in Scarborough. Catching train from York for day out in Scarborough.

Saturday 25th March. Return to Kidderminster after lunch on 14.35hrs train. Arrive Kidderminster @ 17.40hrs in time for a visit to the Weavers.

This is a very informal outing and members are welcome to join us for all, or part of the trip.

Accommodation - for example the Premier Inn. It costs £94 for 2 nights, no breakfast. For breakfast, we usually visit a Wetherspoons, or a local cafe.

Train tickets advanced singles and with a railcard (if you have one) cost in total, £56.30 for two. Best to book early to get the best prices. Tickets for day trip to Scarborough will also be needed.

Members are responsible for booking their own accommodation and travel arrangements.
