Located along Severnside North upstream of the bridge, the Mug House can be identified by its flower-filled hanging baskets in summer. It's a friendly pub that welcomes locals and visitors alike serving five beers including from Bewdley, Wye Valley, Timothy Taylor, Purity, a changing beer and two real ciders from Westons. There are cosy settles and a log fire in the lounge bar in winter, and to the rear is a sun terrace and glass-covered patio entwined with grape vines and wisteria next to a fish pond. Delicious a-la-carte and set menus are available in the restaurant, bar meals are available at lunchtimes, and Sunday Lunches on Sundays. For visitors to Bewdley, the pub has 7 en-suite rooms. Level access to the bar except for a small step at the front door, and to the WCs (not adapted).
