See more about this pub on WhatPub, CAMRA's national pub guide.
At the end of the High Street next to the the canal, the pub is a treehouse and supplied by Wye Valley Brewery and local breweries. It has a bright and airy feel. The main bar has a real fire, low beamed ceilings and cosy corners. At the back is the beer garden with a shelter, tables and raised flower beds overlooking the canal. Moorings are just through the bridge towards the basins. The varied menu includes doorstep sandwiches, baguettes, ribeye steaks, vegan and vegetarian meals and everything in between. Food is served all week except all day Mondays and Sunday evenings. Beers are mainly from Wye Valley and often include ones that are not seen elsewhere locally, plus two guest beers and two ciders on hand pull. It won Wyre Forest CAMRA Pub of the Season Autumn 2017 and Pub of the Year Silver 2018 for its friendly welcome, and excellent quality beers. Cycles can be locked to bars at the top of the slope to the towpath.
