Rock Tavern80 Wilden Lane
See more about this pub on WhatPub, CAMRA's national pub guide.
An old pub dating from the 1830s, originally cottages, having a comfortable modern style with a log burner in the lounge bar. The restaurant serves home-cooked meals sourced from local free range ingredients during the day and evenings, except Sunday evenings. The pub is handy for the adjacent country walk along the old railway line as far as Stourport, once part of the Severn Valley line through to Bewdley and beyond. Car parking is immediately opposite the pub. The outside smoking area leads to a cave, formerly cellars, cut deep into the rock which can be explored by following the light trail to the far end. There are five beers on hand pulls including at least one from a local brewery.
